1. THE SHOPPING CART
When you have finished placing items in the cart, you need to click the "checkout link" at the top of the page. The reason we mention this is that a lot of folks have trouble seeing it tucked away at the top of the page. Click it and you can continue the order process. Aside from the shopping cart, you may also order items using our secure online order form. This is a more traditional method of placing your order, but it is easy to figure out and just as secure as the shopping cart. You will have to fill in your information manually using this method, but at least you won't be second-guessing everything.

2. WEBSITE ORGANIZATION
Some glasses, as you will find while surfing through MaximumEyewear, appear in more than one eyeglass category. This is because these glasses have been found to serve well in more than one application. They need this exposure to reach the broadest audience possible and to enable said eyewear to realize their maximum potential.

3. SHIPPING METHODS
All packages are sent First Class Mail via the United States Postal Service by default. We ship Monday thru Thursday and most orders go out within 48-72 hours or 2-3 business days. Total shipping time can vary depending on your location and the current stock level of the items you order. We also offer USPS Express Shipping. This option is $25.00 and should arrive within two business days after being shipped. If you need faster shipping please call 360-648-3036 during business hours or click here to use the contact form. We are not responsible for packages lost, damaged or stolen once the package has been mailed. If you have concerns about these issues we recommend that you select and purchase delivery confirmation and insurance during checkout. For your protection we do offer both delivery confirmation and insurance. We package all orders in sturdy crush resistant boxes.

4. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs for all Domestic Orders & Canada is $5.99. Shipping costs for International Orders outside of US & Canada have a flat shipping fee of $11.99. These rates are in place to give you the customer a fair shake on shipping--after all, we don't want anybody to worry while they are shopping about getting skinned on shipping.

Some orders require a signature when delivered. If you have questions about weather or not your order will require a signature please use our contact form below. Orders that are returned unclaimed will be charged additional shipping and handling of up to 11.99.
Orders that require additional shipments due to additions, changes, or exchanges may be charged additional shipping of up to 11.99

5. CARRYING CASES
All glasses & goggles, whenever feasible, come with their own bag or pouch, so you don't need to purchase additional cases.

6. PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also welcome your personal checks or money order; however, all checks and money orders will be processed before shipment. Once the check has cleared the bank, the order will be shipped.

7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We welcome all international orders, but there are some additional requirements. We will process no credit card transactions over $100.00 US dollars for orders outside the U.S. unless arrangements between us and the parties involved have been made. We will gladly process orders over $100.00 dollars if paid for by money-orders, of course. Sadly, we have been ripped off by a few overseas scams--hence our caution--and if we smell a rat, we will not ship the order. We also will not inform the responsible parties of anything if this is the case, though we will attempt to contact the legal holder of the credit card of the attempted fraud. Not very many people who live in L.A. send motorcycle goggles to Macedonia or Indonesia. We will accept any International order paid for by a money-order cashable at a U.S. Bank. International orders also take longer for us to process and to deliver, so your patience is appreciated. It is important to realize that packages sent internationally may be held up by customs. This is out of our control and will add delays to the delivery of your package.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We will gladly take back anything that doesn't work out for you, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

-You will need to request an RMA number and write it clearly on the outside of your return package.
-Only unworn, undamaged merchandise with tags attached in original packaging may be returned or exchanged.
-All returns or exchanges must be received within 21 days of the original purchase date.
-The original packing slip and all cases or bags must be included.
-You must indicate on the original packing slip (by writing a short note) which glasses you are returning and how you would like the return handled.
-Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges, additions or changes to the order once it has been placed.
Please note that orders returned without an RMA number on the outside of the box cannot be accepted. We need this information so that we may process your return.

If you don't have the original packing slip, we will gladly issue a merchandise exchange or store credit at the current selling price.

We reserve the right to limit the number of returns or exchanges. Orders returned after 21 days past the order date, returned without an RMA OR without any notes on the invoice as described above will not be accepted. Return shipping is the responsibility of the shipper. Please do not mail back your order without contacting us first.

Also, if you received free shipping, this promotion does not migrate with your order and additional shipping fees will be charged for any exchanges or additional shipments. Additional shipping charges will be deducted from refunds on orders that received free shipping.
