If for any reason at all (your girlfriend doesn't like them, your dog growls when you put them on, *gasp* you found some place cheaper to get the same style (that'll never happen), you can return your glasses for either a full refund or exchange within 10 days of when you receive them. We will refund the full cost of the frames and lenses as long as they are returned in new condition.
2. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We work very hard to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered. We inspect your glasses several times before they
are shipped to you. We check to make sure that the color
and style are correct as well as check for any material
defects such as scratched, chips, and other cosmetic defects.
When you receive your glasses, if they are damaged in any way,
we'll ship you a replacement. If this is the case please contact
Customer Service right away. You'll need let
us know the same day the the order is received if you find it is damaged. Also, if you find that you have not received the correct products please contact Customer Service.
We'll get it straightened out quickly.
Returns and exchanged are as easy as 1-2-3.
To make a return:

- Make sure to make your return within 10 days of when you received your item
- Return everything that was sent to you (including your
invoice, any boxes and packaging materials) in the condition you received it in along with a short note telling us what your returning or exchanging.

Orders that are missing pieces, pouches, tags, and orders are
that received dirty, worn, or damaged, and orders that include multiple returns
may be charged a restocking fees, may be rejected, or may be given a store

We ship all orders with the United States Postal Service.
- Are normally packed and mailed within 24 hours, though at busy times may
take longer to process. Let us know if need your order rushed.
- Are shipped with Delivery Confirmation, so we know your
glasses got there and you're protected from lost orders.

A. Standard Shipping Cost
Standard shipping to addresses in the US is $5.99. Shipping to Canada is $9.99. For all other
International addresses, the cost of standard shipping is $11.99. For exchange shipping, the cost is
half. So standard shipping would be $3.00 for US/Canada and $6.00 for International orders. We try to keep our shipping costs as inexpensive as possible. As a result, when we have to make multiple shipments we have to charge a little something to cover those additional costs.
First Class orders to the US are generally delivered within 3-5 days of being
B. Priority Shipping Cost
Priority shipping to US addresses is available using the USPS Priority Mail
Service. The cost is $8.99. Priority shipments generally are processed more
quickly than First Class Shipments. The delivery time is 2-3 days once it is

Express shipping to US addresses is available using the USPS Express Mail Service. We make every attempt to rush the processing of Express Mail shipments so that they can be delivered as quickly as is possible. The cost of Express Shipping is $19.99 within the US.
The delivery time is normally 1-2 days once it is shipped. Holiday and Saturday
processing and delivery can vary depending on your location, please keep this in

D. Shipping Delays
The United States Postal Service is generally very reliable, but occasionally mix ups do occur. We will do everything we can to ensure that your package arrives as quickly as possible.
E. Shipping Refunds and Exchanges
Free shipping does not migrate with your order. If you receive free shipping, then return the products for refund, shipping charges will be deducted from any
credit. Shipping costs are not refundable. Shipping charges to mail a package
back to Maximum Eyewear is the responsibility of the customer. If you mail an order back for an exchange, please include the necessary shipping costs
(as explained in paragraph A) with your return to avoid any delays to your order.
F. Military Shipping
All initial orders mailed to US Military Addresses are shipped free of charge. We do this as a service to customers who are serving our country and to their families who wish to send them the gift of eye protection.
G. Unclaimed or Undeliverable
It doesn't happen often, but occasionally a package is either undeliverable or unclaimed. If your package is returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed we will contact you to verify your address and then we will reship the package for you. We may need to charge additional shipping if it is required by the USPS.
International orders can be held up in customs. If this occurs we can provide you with the USPS tracking number which may help you to get an estimate on the delivery date of your package. Other than standard shipping costs, we don't charge any additional fee's for international orders. Unfortunately most country's do charge
Customs Fee's. They are an unavoidable cost for international orders and are mandated by the government. We cannot estimate, discount or refund the costs.

At this time we only accept Visa, Master card, American Express, or Discover. We receive quite a few requests for bank transfer payments. Regrettably, we cannot accept bank transfers for any order, no matter the amount. If your mailing a payment, please use secure registered mail with delivery confirmation. Money orders are treated the same as cash and processed immediately. Checks must clear before the product is mailed. This generally takes 2-3 business days.
