1. THE SHOPPING CART
A. You probably noticed when you placed items in the shopping cart that they appear
under Maximumeyewear.Com. This is our parent company and rest assured that you'
are dealing with one and the same company. We have been conducting internet transactions
selling top quality eyewear for 5+ years and have experience and staying power
in the online e-commerce arena. The Incensedragon is merely another branch within our
growing company. Note that any items that you purchases from the Incensedragon will be billed under Maximumeyewear.Com
on your credit card statements.
B. When you have finished placing items in the
cart, you need to click the "checkout link" at the top of the page. The reason we mention
this is that a lot of folks have trouble seeing it tucked away at the top of the page.
Click it and you can continue the order process.
Aside from the shopping cart, you may also order items using our
secure online order form.
This is a more traditional method of placing
your order, but it is easy to figure out and just as secure as the shopping cart. You
will have to fill in your information manually using this method, but at least you won't
be second-guessing everything.
2. SHIPPING METHODS
All packages are sent via USPS GROUND or PRIORITY mail, and we ship daily.
We add Delivery Confirmation and Insurance upon request. We ship Monday thru Friday,
and most orders go out within 48 hours. If we are unable to ship your order
within 48 hours, we will notify you of such.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs for all domestic orders is $5.00-$7.00 depending
on your preferred shipping options. International Orders have a flat shipping fee
of $10.00. These rates are in place to give you the customer a fair shake on
shipping--after all, we don't want anybody to worry while they are shopping
about getting skinned on shipping. We are here to make
money selling great Incense and not off bogus shipping charges.
4. PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also welcome your
personal checks; however, all checks will be processed before shipment. Once
the check has cleared the bank, the order will be shipped.
5. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We welcome all international orders, but there
are some additional requirements.
We will process no credit card transactions over $100.00 US dollars for orders outside
the U.S. unless arrangements between us and the parties involved
have been made. We will gladly process orders over $100.00 dollars if paid for by
money-orders, of course. Sadly, we have been ripped off by a few overseas
scams--hence our caution--and if we smell a rat, we will not ship
the order.
We will accept any International order paid for by a money-order cashable at a U.S. Bank.
International orders also take longer for us to process, so your patience is appreciated.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We are happy to take back anything that does not work out for you.
All we ask is that you make sure the item is in new condition, and your name
and original order number is included--we cannot process an order without it.

Thank you for your interest. Because of our constantly changing selection of glasses &
our concern for natural resources, we do not print a paper catalog. The Incensedragon is
100% online. We also use recycled packing materials inside most of our packages to
cushion your order for safe delivery.
